The Mid Majors are very competitive this year. A team that wins a mid-major regular season earns 7 points, and the conference tournament is worth 5 points (and an automatic bid to the Big Dance, another 3 points). Plus, if a team should go undefeated in their conference, there is an additional +3 for the super-feat.
That makes a potential 135 points out there for Mid-Majors. There are 42 player teams in these 9 conferences. WINNING GAMES NOW IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.
Note that in the case of a tie for the conference championship, the tie breaker is head to head matchups. If those are a tie, both teams get full points.

Jutdog up to 6th!
Not hard to pass me by when my teams are 6-9 including 1-6 in head to head matchups over last 15 games. The funny thing is they should have gone 4-2, winning against Washington (which actually was the only win) and Charleston were not likely, the other losses though, all were winnable games, boooooo!!!!! Send all my teams to the NIT where they belong.

NIT Championship Game a rematch of the Diamond Head Classic, Powerful Butler against Mighty Washington St.......
Of course, Balls State would right it's ship against a CEO team.....
Let's go Zags Zags Zags,
Don't count out Bowling Green you Kent State kook
Nice Zags, nice, moving me to 1-2 today, my losses by a total of 3 pts, AWESOME!!!
I realize he's from Illinois and all, but not loading his expansion teams into the schedule potentially not getting SGII is just wrong,
I know Cincy and McNeese both got beat, but......
Oh, woops!
We'll fix that by tomorrow.

A big 8-1 yesterday, but I didn't really gain any on Gunz. He's going to be a problem.
Moosey
Oh, oh....(for all of you), but Wisconsin has seeemingly found their lineup and subsequently their offense. 82% from ft line, 8 turnovers/game, 1-2 punch of Taylor/Leuer, typical great defense.....Bo-ball to perfection.
Austin Freeman is a ptp-er for G'Town, and yes, I do believe Duke still might be elite 8 material. My power trio is also staked to a consistent 30 point lead overall, and I have some conference champion possibilities now (Duke, VCU, Vermont, Harvard).
-Gunz
It looks like my 8th round pick George Mason is my best bet to make the big dance. McCamey, why do you hide when the game is on the line? I cursed Cincy and McNeese by adding them to my roster of suck-nuts.
SGII
Yes, SGII, you are always welcome in our league.
