Continuing the denial post...

Bucknell ending Holy Cross's (Bab's) hopes of conf reg season

Georgia (over Florida yesterday)and Georgia Tech (previously over Wake) both have only one conf win, but they are big, knocking teams out of contention. Florida's conf hopes are waining. LSU will likely lose at Kentucky, but that will be enough to win the SEC.

Utah St's undefeated conf reign comes to an end.

Oklahoma's reign as undefeated in the Big 12 is coming to an end as they travel to Texas on the 21st. Texas by 4, re-establising their presence as a genuine contender.

As indicated here, you can see why going undefeated in conf is rare, huge, and worth an extra 2 or 3 pts. This year looks like Gonzaga and Memphis.

Numerous players argued that I should not take Auburn, cause they suck. Last night they smacked down Miss St, giving them their 3rd straight win over another player, good enough for 9pts from an expansion team. Unfortunately, I listened to you bastards.

The Southland conf is open, as Stephen Austin isn't interested in basketball anyone. The school's AD should cut the whole team.

Southern Illinois falls by 22 at home. They are not good, falling to 11-15. REally bad pick for the third round.

Speaking of bad picks, how about Mid Tenn St (CEO) falling again moving down to just above .500 in conf, and no hopes of anything.

Austin Peay was tied for first in the OVC when Boaris took them in the second round of expansion picking. They've since registered a 2-3 record, and are out of everything. Boaris is an idiot.

Good move for Musash to drop Oregon for Oregon St, as St just knocked off Washington St. Unfortunately for Musas, Wash St was his 5th round pick.

North Dakota St (Jbird) had the nation's 5th longest winning streak snapped last night, dropping to the powerfull Southern Utah. Who's taking the Summit this year? Who cares?

Northern Iowa (CEO) seems to not like participating in our program, as they've sucked since selected first round in the expansion draft. Maybe the MVC is still open too.

The perennial powerhouse Troy contending for Sun Belt, topping W. Kentucky (Musash)last night. Sun Belt down to Troy, Western Kentucky, and Arkansas LR (HippieD) - I say HippieD takes it.

Weber St seals the deal on the Big Sky, taking down Portland St.

HUGE game Monday, as UCONN and PITT face off.

Note that if we would have done that franchise draft plus one round for this year, I could have had Pitt in the 8th round, UConn in the 4th round, and possibly Butler and Utah St (not sure if I had the foresight to take those two). Add those teams to Louisville & Wake Forest, and I'm good to go.
