week ten

This is a good time for your teams to beat other players teams, especially if they happen to be in the Top 10. Boaris expanded his first place position and Jutdog moved on up with strong showings this week.

Boaris took home 30 points out of 35 possible showing that his teams can deliver. Sure, Pitt lost to Louisville, but Oklahoma is dominating, Butler is dominating, and Mississippi St is rising high in the SEC. Even Kentucky, Virginia Tech, and Stanford are doing well, and if St. Joseph's at 3-0 in the A-10 is his worst team look out.

Jutdog''s Louisville and Wake Forest are becoming a formidable 1-2 punch for the former basement dweller, carrying a squad of mid majors that could give him 3 more champs in the Horizon (UWGB), Ivy (Cornell) and Southland (SF Austin). Jut took 29 of 30 points, losing only the Temple UMASS game - amazing.

The rest of us chugged along - Akaoni 21, CEO 18, Babs 16, Gunz, Hippie, Progress & Phun all at 14, Jaybird and Turtle at 13, and Musa at 11 despite the Georgetown win over my Syracuse. Come on, people!

A 97% winning percentage will be tough to top by any of you bastards. That is Hall Of Fame Material:

Boston U in 4 OTs. Wow.

Jaybird with a big Wednesday Opportunity for pts with 4 H2Hs.

I suspect Temple will rebound by knock off St Louis and Charlotte, on their way to finishing the year with 40 points.

I should be in third by the end of next week. Just in time to drop another spot in the draft order. I think there is a definite advantage to picking twice in the top 15 - teams really drop off after that, and you'll be lucky to snag 10 pts.

Go Kansas and UWGB.

Boaris is starting to run away with this after the Pitt win over Syracuse. Pitt plays West Virginia this weekend. Virginia Tech plays Wake on Wed and Miami on Sun. Butler plays Green Bay Thursday, Stanford plays Oregon, Miss St plays LSU.

Pray for lots of losses for the Big B.
